Product Sample Policy
Entity Brands understands the challenges of selling apparel. If you need a physical sample we can help.Single unit samples for your customers can be ordered as normal, using your online portal.
Dedicated showroom samples, featuring a product information swing tag attached can be requested at 50% off your wholesale price. The grommeted samples include the product specification and all available fabric swatches for that style. An extremely handy selling tool. (MOQ's apply, please contact the team for further information).
Alternatively, you can purchase samples for sizing or other needs and receive a refund upon their return. The return and exchange policy applies.

We are happy to work with you to prepare your staff for the next big opportunity not only by equipping them with product knowledge but with tricks and tips on apparel sales.
Freight & Dispatch
Stock is king! We have high stock levels across all lines. Please allow 7-10 day dispatch. Due to the size of our product portfolio many items are housed in our offshore warehouse. We will ship as soon as we can and do carry a core line of stock in our Sydney warehouse for express dispatch.Easy Online Ordering
Our integrated online ordering platform allows you to quickly view your price for each product, create quotes, place orders, track orders, view statements and order history. With advanced filtering the portal will also be a valuable product directory helping you find the right products, at the right price, fast.
Drop Shipping
Our advanced online portal allows you to upload your company logo and drop ship straight to your customers. The picking slip in the package will automatically be printed with your company logo! Our warehouse is your warehouse!
Retail Brand Agreement
All Retail Brand apparel (Nike, Ogio, Ogio Endurance) must be branded (by the customer, or us) and cannot be sold as blank merchandise. The Brand Embellishment Agreement must be signed if anyone will be purchasing these brands.
