Refund policy

At Entity Brands, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are happy to accept the return of any un-embroidered, unused and non-altered item within 30 days of the original purchase date and issue a full refund or exchange.

T&C's of Returns

  1. A Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA) is required for all returns. This will be emailed to you after requesting a return. 
  2. Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. 
  3. All returns must include the original packaging and tags in a resalable condition.
  4. We will not accept the return of any item which shows signs of use or wear, including but not limited to: 
    1. Alternations
    2. Laundering
    3. Odours, including smoke
    4. Pet hair
    5. Stains or other marks
  5. We only accept the return of items purchased directly from us; if you purchased through one of our distributor partners, please contact them for your return.  
  6. Change of mind returns results in a 15% restocking fee
